Music Adventures Rhythm and Grooves 7/20-7/24
This lively Jazz themed Music Adventures camp is perfect for young explorers who are just beginning their musical journey! Each day, campers will dive into the vibrant world of jazz through playful, hands-on experiences designed to spark creativity and curiosity. Young musicians will be introduced to swing rhythms, call-and-response games and beginner note-reading. They will learn to feel the groove while building foundational skills!
Our interactive “instrument petting zoos” give campers the chance to explore and try out different instruments up close, letting them discover how jazz comes to life through improvisation and expression. They will also create their own instruments by turning everyday objects into music-makers, just like real jazz innovators. It’s an exciting, imaginative introduction to music!
