Description
April Lin enjoys teaching piano. She wants every child to enjoy music and gain interest in playing piano for fun. She began playing the piano at age five under the teachings of the famous professor Zhu Ya Fen, who was also the teacher of the world famous pianist Lang Lang. She graduated from Shen Yang Music Conservatory; at age 19 traveled to Texas and continued pursuing her performance piano studies at University of North Texas, ranking at 15 in Music Colleges Nationwide. Upon receiving her bachelor degree in piano performance, she came to San Diego to study at San Diego State University to get her Master’s degree in piano performance. She’s been teaching piano at beginner, intermediate, and advanced level since 2010.
