Kaitlyn Korogy-Guarneros (she/her) is a passionate advocate for arts education and youth leadership, with deep experience in nonprofit strategy, governance, and creative youth development. She is the founder of Pathfinder Arts Collective, where she consults with nonprofits and youth-serving organizations to strengthen board leadership, support organizational development, and amplify youth voice. Kaitlyn is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Organizational Leadership at the University of San Diego. As a neurodivergent individual, she brings a unique perspective that centers inclusion and authenticity in every space she works.

A longtime member of San Diego’s music education community, Kaitlyn previously served as the Community Opus Program Manager at KeyNote and continues to support their youth leadership initiatives. She currently serves as co-Vice Chair of the El Sistema USA Board of Directors. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from San Diego State University and a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from the University of San Diego. She is also a proud member of the armonía section in Villa Musica’s Mariachi Ensemble.
