Irie Avianna Jones serves as Receptionist and Student Liaison at Villa Musica. She is a
communication professional, certified mediator, and community focused advocate with a
Bachelor of Arts in Communication from California State University San Marcos. She also holds
two Associate degrees in Communication Studies and Social and Behavioral Sciences from
MiraCosta College.
Irie brings more than five years of customer service, leadership, and community engagement
experience through her work with Polo Ralph Lauren, where she has built a reputation for
creating positive experiences, fostering meaningful connections, and supporting diverse
communities. As a certified mediator, she is passionate about effective communication, conflict
resolution, and helping individuals feel heard and valued.
In addition to her professional experience, Irie is an independent musician, performer, and
creative communicator who enjoys using the arts to connect with others and inspire positive
change. She is dedicated to building welcoming environments where people of all ages can
learn, grow, and express themselves through music and the arts.
Irie is excited to support Villa Musica’s mission of making music education accessible and
enriching for the San Diego community
