Adult Group Cello – II (ages 15+)
Adult Group Cello II is designed for students who have completed Adult Group Cello I and would like to continue studying healthy cello technique and effective practice methods. This class will continue to develop note and rhythm reading skills, and foster a positive relationship with the cello. With the completion of this class, students will be able to learn suitable pieces independently and play duets as an ensemble.
In order to play cello effectively, the nails on your left hand will need to be short enough that you can press down on the string with the tips of your finger.
When: Tuesdays, 7:15 – 8:15 pm
First Class: September 17th, 2024 (Fall Quarter)
Who: Adults and Teens ages 15+ years (all students must rent or purchase a cello prior to the first class)
Number of Participants: 4 – 8 students
Course Fee: $225 (10 weeks)
