How does music influence your life: Music is vital to my wellbeing.
In Benjamin’s Words : Music has been a major force in my life from my time with Villa Musica to the present. In college, I was involved with both academic and extra-curricular music activities, especially a cappella, chamber singers, and chorale. Many of my strongest friendships from college are with people I sang with! My first job after college was as a choir administrator and manager in Philadelphia, and then I went to graduate school for musicology to teach and continue my studies. Music continues to be a strong influence on how I think, listen, and engage with others!
