We’re excited to celebrate the opening of our fifth satellite this Spring (2023) at the City Heights Branch Library. City Heights has a rich cultural history, with a large population of immigrants and refugees from countries such as Somalia, Ethiopia, Iraq, and Vietnam. The neighborhood is known for its vibrant international food scene, and is home to numerous restaurants and markets featuring cuisine from around the world.

Classes are designed in conference with library staff, participants, and their families to enhance this neighborhood’s passion for music.

Classes run for 10 weeks:
Quarter starts the week of Monday December 2, 2024
Quarter Ends on Sunday February 23, 2025

Holiday Break (No Group Classes): December 23, 2024 – January 5, 2025
Final Recital Sunday, February 23, 2025

Music Adventures (Junior Music Exploration) ages 5-6, 12:30-1:15pm

String Play (Violin, Beginning Level), Ages 7-9, 1:30-2:15pm
String Play (Violin, Beginning Level), Ages 10-12, 2:15-3:00pm
String Zing (Violin, Intermediate Level), 3:00-3:45pm
