Villa Musica’s Flute Ensemble is open to all fully-vaccinated flutists in the community. The ensemble works toward a recital of repertoire in a variety of styles, including classical, jazz, rags, blues and Broadway. Participants in this ensemble spend a portion of each session focusing on improving intonation, balance and rhythm through the group practice of scales and technique.
No audition is necessary. Music is provided.
When: Wednesdays, 7:15 – 8:45pm
First Rehearsal: February 7th, 2024 (Spring Semester)
End-of-Fall-Semester Concert: January 28, 2024
Who: Adults and Teens ages 15+ years
Number of participants: 6 – 16 performers
Course Fee: $185 (16 weeks)
