Description
String FUNdamentals – Level III (ages 5 – 6)
Students in this class must have successfully mastered violin learning milestones for Level II. Weekly group instruction continues to be geared toward establishing good technique, ensemble playing, as well as solo performing skills. Students in this level can accurately play single strings, and quality of tone is a focus in this level. Developing note reading skills further is a priority and expanding song repertoire builds to include Suzuki Bk I songs such as: Lightly Row, and Song of the Wind.
Parents are strongly encouraged to observe, and even participate!
When: Saturdays, 10:45 – 11:30am
First Class: September 21st, 2024 (Fall Quarter)
Who: Children ages 5 – 6 years (must have own instrument)
Number of participants: 4 – 8 students
Course Fee: $200 (10 weeks) + $15 (Essential Elements Bk)
