Description
String Play – Level II (ages 7 – 8)
Students in this class must have successfully mastered violin learning milestones for Level I. Weekly group instruction continues to be geared toward establishing good technique, ensemble playing, as well as solo performing skills. Introduction to note reading and playing songs that require accurate finger placement begins. Typical repertoire for this level includes: Hot Cross Buns, Twinkle Twinkle. The D Major scale is introduced.
Parents are strongly encouraged to observe, and even participate!
When: Saturdays, 1:45 – 2:30pm
First Class: September 21st, 2024 (Fall Quarter)
Who: Children ages 7 – 8 years
Number of participants: 4 – 8 students
Course Fee: $200 (10 weeks)
