The Villa Musica Youth Council (VMYC) is a student-led group with the goal of giving back to the music community in San Diego. The VMYC will lead concerts, outreach, and other music related events inside and outside of Villa Musica. While participating in the VMYC, students will be able to organize outreach (such as music drives and fundraisers), plan concerts and recitals, have a chance to perform for their peers, and gain experience in leadership.

If you are a high school student who is responsible, forward thinking, enjoys collaborating with others, and has an interest in music, the VMYC is the perfect setting for you. You do not have to be a student at Villa Musica in order to join- any high schooler who plays an instrument and has a passion for music is welcome!
