Description
Aaron has been serving as Villa Musica’s Director of Community Partnerships since 2017. A San Diego native, Aaron has worked in numerous positions for several local and prominent music organizations, including San Diego Symphony, San Diego Opera, Mainly Mozart, and San Diego’s Civic Theatre. His experience with these organizations has enabled him to embrace the role of directing Villa Musica’s multi-faceted approach to providing access to quality music education for all.
In addition to directing Villa Musica’s Access Initiative programming, Aaron is a professional cellist and a sought-after bass vocalist. He performs with several local professional choirs such as Sacra/Profana and Pro Arte Voices. Aaron continues to satisfy his love for teaching by maintaining a small cello studio and running the student string ensembles at Villa Musica.
